JOURNAL ENTRY DAY 17: JULY 2, 2007

Purity has no age restriction and knows no bias. Its reach encompasses every arena of society, and is no respecter of persons. Purity is based upon absolutes and not every opinion under the sun. It must line up with the heart of the Lord, easily identifiable in His Word. We STAND, not in our own strength or opinion, but upon these absolutes--upon the Truth.

The momentum of the Stand is accelerating. Today we had more than fifty soldiers on the wall. Even people who have not been standing with us have noticed a remarkable difference in the atmosphere surrounding Church Street. As people drove by us today I could see their face lighting up with big teethy smiles. One, in particular, pulled up on a motorcycle. He began laughing, so I approached him. I handed him a flier as he said; “I’ll have to give it to you guys. How long are you going to be here for?” I believe our Stand is a testimony of our hunger for Jesus and our longing for Him. It is outwardly showing and evident to passers by.

More and more people are beginning to join with us, even people who have not previously been affiliated with us or known about Pure Life. They are feeling the draw of the Spirit and what He is doing. What will it look like at the end of the week, when thousands are taking the pilgrimage of repentance together as we march Church Street?

Today we were stirred by the stance of one individual. Last year she was a part of our stand, and some were even wondering about her this year. She shows up today. A one hundred-four year old intercessor, standing in the gap for the sins of this nation. How remarkable is that? We have had every generation covered in this stand, from seven weeks old to one hundred-four years old. Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, all uniting and coming together.

The Lord is thundering in heaven and mustering His army for the day of battle. The tribes are assembling together to fight for each ones inheritance. The fathers and sons, mothers and daughters are joining along side one another, blessing each other, and fighting hand in hand. Is this the hour of prophecy being fulfilled? Has the spirit of Elijah been released? One person can make a difference, and that person could be you!
