JOURNAL ENTRY DAY 6: JUNE 21, 2007

Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision (Joel 3:14.)

There is a conscious awareness in the spirit to make a choice. As we stand in silent repentance before the Lord people are forced to choose for righteousness or immorality. The line has been drawn, and the decision is black and white.

So many people drove by today with a common theme. Middle aged men shaking their heads in disapproval of our Stand for purity. Right there they made a choice. It highlights to me whom to pray for and what their struggle is. What would they think if it was their daughter adorning one of the pages of a smut magazine? They would probably be first in line to stand with us. See, that’s the thing, that is someone’s daughter, or mother, or sister on those pages. More importantly, that is the daughter of the King, who is fearful and wonderfully made. She or he has not yet come into their destiny.
For as many as drove by shaking their heads, that many more drove by thanking us and giving an approving wave or thumbs up. One man stopped asking how to join the warriors in formation. I shared with him briefly and he replied; “there should be 2000 of you out here where is the rest of the Church.” That continues to be the question. Where is the Church!

Thank God that He is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we dare to ask, dream or imagine. He often uses “Gideon’s mighty men.” By few or many the Lord saves. Could the question keep arising because as the Church we have become an audience rather than the army we are supposed to be? Are we to busy chasing the American Dream that we have forgotten that the Kingdom is supreme.
There are multitudes in the valley of decision. The way the tide turns is up to how the Body of Christ responds. This is a vital hour. Will we arise to that call?
